00:00So National Guard troops have mobilized in Washington, D.C. after President Trump's executive order.
00:07Armored vehicles have been spotted at urban centers and also tourist sites.
00:12So, Rob, tell me what's behind all of this.
00:16It's always a pleasure to be with you in your audience, though.
00:18So thank you for the opportunity.
00:20Quite simply, President Trump is the president of peace and the president of prosperity.
00:27And that doesn't mean it's anything other than just that.
00:31He's focused on the nation's capital, Washington, D.C.
00:34He's focused where the White House is located.
00:37He's focused on the crime statistics.
00:41And at the end of the day, yes, D.C. can make the claim that violent crime is down, but there are disputes with that.
00:50So at the end of the day, why shouldn't President Trump mobilize the National Guard legally to ensure the safeguard of the people of the city?
01:01So for me, I think it's common sense.
01:03Why shouldn't they all work together to achieve the goal of having safer streets for the people?
01:10I don't get why any Democrat or any Republican or any American would not warrant this so long as it is being done legally.
01:20And I think that's what matters here.
