00:05:11I am deeply grateful of the hosts of this remarkable event, the fourth annual Sunni conference
00:05:22to be held here in Toronto by the Sufi Council of Canada, in particular my host, respectable
00:05:34Ustaz, brother Umar Qadri, Hafizahullah ta'ala, and his entire team who have given me the opportunity
00:05:45to speak in the presence of our luminaries and our respectable scholars.
00:05:52In particular, our most senior scholar of this part of the world, Samahatul Mufti, Fadilatul
00:06:02Al-Alamah, Al-Shaykh, Al-Mufti, Qamarul Hasan, Al-Bastawi, Amta'Allahu Bikum Al-Islam
00:06:09Wa Al-Muslimin, Wa Amaddakum Bil-Sihhati Wal-Aafiyyah, May Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala protect
00:06:16him and preserve him for the benefit of this Ummah.
00:06:21Before me, you heard our respectable Munazir Ahli Sunnat,
00:06:26Hazrate Allama Mawlana Hafiz Qari Ihsan Qadri Sahib,
00:06:31Matta'anAllahu Bituuli Hayatikum, speak very eloquently on the way and doctrine of Ahlus Sunnat
00:06:41Wa Al-Jama'ah.
00:06:43And before me, our hearts were kindled with the ishq and passion of the beloved Prophet
00:06:52Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam as we heard the melodious nods being praised by Bulbul-e-Baghi
00:06:59Risalat, Al-Hafiz, Al-Qari, Kareem Sultan Sahib, who Alhamdulillah had really uplifted
00:07:07our spirits and taken us from Canada all the way to Al-Madinatul Munawwara.
00:07:14Allah Tabarak wa Ta'ala bless him and protect him.
00:07:18On the stage, we have ulama who have been sitting here for many hours.
00:07:22Many of them, I don't know their names.
00:07:24Sheikh Mohammed Al-Azhari, I saw that he has been sitting here for several hours.
00:07:32Your Respectable Imam, Amir Sahib, has been sitting here for a very long time.
00:07:38And I am very grateful to everybody present here on this occasion from our mothers and
00:07:47sisters, brothers and elders, youth and youngsters who have travelled from near and far to listen
00:07:54to us and to be part of this historic event on this evening.
00:07:58So I wholeheartedly thank each and every one of you for making the effort, taking the time
00:08:04out to listen out to us and to be present and make this historical moment.
00:08:10There are many people who are listening online right now and I would like to say a wholehearted
00:08:17thank you to them for I have been messaged by people across the globe, people from England,
00:08:24from Africa, from Europe, people who wanted to travel all the way to Toronto to be a part
00:08:30of this gathering.
00:08:31But Alhamdulillah, with the advancement of technology, they are a part of our gathering
00:08:37tonight online, listening to my heart, to all of those people who are listening very passionately
00:08:43and are wanting to listen to this khitab.
00:08:47May Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala grant us tawfiq to understand what is being said and to put
00:08:53listen to practice whatever we learn from our righteous ulema.
00:08:58We belong to the Ahlul Sunnati wal Jama'ah.
00:09:02By the grace of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala, the Ahlul Sunnati wal Jama'ah are also known
00:09:08as As-Sawadul A'azam.
00:09:11As-Sawadul A'azam is that majority part of the Ummah of the beloved Prophet sallallahu alayhi
00:09:19wa sallam, which for 1400 years preserves the pristine and true teachings of the beloved
00:09:28Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam and his noble companions.
00:09:33They are the embodiment of the teachings of ma ana alayhi wa ashabi.
00:09:38Those who are the misdaq and the true reference of ma ana alayhi wa ashabi, whatever the beloved
00:09:47Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam taught in his actions and his utterances and approved
00:09:53of and what the noble companions radiyallahu ta'ala anhum understood, interpreted and what
00:10:00they conveyed.
00:10:01In recent history, the way of the Ahlul Sunnati wal Jama'ah, which is the way of the majority
00:10:10of this Ummah, was enshrined in the teachings and interpreted by many great scholars of our
00:10:18recent history.
00:10:20For example, in Damascus, in Dimashq al-Sham muhaddis al-dunya, Sayyidi al-Sheikh Badruddin al-Hasani
00:10:28al-Dimashqi, rahimahullah ta'ala, who is our grand teacher.
00:10:33He was known as the Mujaddid of Damascus.
00:10:37He was one of the Imams who preserved the way of the Ahlul Sunnah in Sham.
00:10:48In Beirut, in Lebanon, we had the Bawseiri of his time, al-Imam al-Qadi, Yusuf bin Ismail
00:10:56al-Nabhani, rahimahullah ta'ala, who was also one of those luminaries of the Ahlul Sunnah
00:11:04that preserved the pristine doctrines of the beloved Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam.
00:11:11In India, we had, in recent history, the great personalities such as, if we go far as
00:11:19back as the center of Delhi, Shaykh-e-Muhak-i-Kalal-I-Tlaaq, Atiyatul-Mustafa fil-Hind,
00:11:26Hazret-e-Shah Abdul-Hak muhaddis al-Dihlawi, navvarallahu marqadhu al-Karim.
00:11:31And in the 11th century, Hazret-e-Imam-i-Rabbani, Mujadid-e-Alf-Hasani, Hazret-e-Sayedna-Shaykh-e-Ahmad-Faruq-i-Sir-Hindi,
00:11:42rahmatullahi ta'ala alayhi, in the north of Punjab in India, who rests in Sirhind-Shareef.
00:11:48And then in UP India, in the Mahalla small village of Soda-Gara,
00:11:54Ala Hazret-e-Azeem-ul-Martabat, Sayyidiya-Shayma, Mahmad-Razakha,
00:12:00Fazil-e-Barelwi, navvarallahu marqadhu al-Kareem.
00:12:03All of these men of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala were luminaries of this ummah,
00:12:09and they all enshrined and embodied the way of the Ahl-e-Sunnat wal-Jama'ah,
00:12:14and interpreted the way of the Ahl-e-Sunnat wal-Jama'ah in its real and true form.
00:12:22My dear brothers and elders and sisters and mothers, I recited before you
00:12:25from Surah 39, Surah Az-Zumar, Ayah number 22.
00:12:32Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala says,
00:12:33أَفَمَنْ شَرَحَ اللَّهُ صَدْرَهُ لِلْإِسْلَامِ
00:12:36فَهُوَ عَلَىٰ نُورٍ مِّنْ رَبِّهِ
00:12:39Is the one whose heart is misguided
00:12:44is the one whose heart is misguided
00:12:50like the one whose heart has been expanded by Allah?
00:12:57Allah ta'ala is asking us a rhetorical question.
00:13:01This istifham is inkari.
00:13:05He's saying, no, this is not the case.
00:13:07The one whose heart has been expanded by Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala
00:13:13فَهُوَ عَلَىٰ نُورٍ مِّنْ رَبِّهِ
00:13:16And he is walking in the light of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala.
00:13:21Allah says, his heart is not like the heart of he who is deviant.
00:13:29فَوَيْلٌ لِلْقَاسِيَةِ قُلُوبُهُمْ مِّنْ ذِكْرِ اللَّهِ
00:13:32So Allah says, so woe, misery, destruction
00:13:39for those hearts that have been heartened
00:13:42from the remembrance of Allah.
00:13:46أُولَٰئِكَ فِي ضَلَالٍ مُّبِينَ
00:13:49They are all in clear misguidance.
00:13:52There are two basic notions that we have been informed of in this ayah.
00:14:01There are two types of hearts.
00:14:04How many?
00:14:06One heart is on hidayah,
00:14:09on guidance,
00:14:10on the noor of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala.
00:14:12And the other heart is on misguidance,
00:14:16on heresy,
00:14:17on disbelief,
00:14:19in darkness.
00:14:21Allah says, there is no comparison between the two hearts.
00:14:25There is no equality between the two hearts.
00:14:29They look like hearts.
00:14:32They have the same amount of arteries.
00:14:35They may have the same amount of blood flowing in them.
00:14:39But O onlooker,
00:14:41they look the same,
00:14:43but they are not the same.
00:14:45One heart is in the depth of darkness,
00:14:48and the other one is a beam of light.
00:14:52One heart is in the depth of misguidance,
00:14:55and the other one is a son of hidayah.
00:14:59My dear brothers and elders and mothers and sisters,
00:15:03these two hearts are not the same.
00:15:06Which heart is the one that is on guidance?
00:15:09And has the noor of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala.
00:15:13This heart,
00:15:15Allah ta'ala told us,
00:15:17min dhikri Allah,
00:15:19the heart that is empty of the dhikr of Allah,
00:15:23is the one that is in darkness.
00:15:25That means that this heart is in the dhikr of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala.
00:15:30And what is the dhikr of Allah?
00:15:31Ja'altuka dhikram min dhikri.
00:15:34Our beloved prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam,
00:15:37is also one of the dhikrs of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala.
00:15:41This is why when you read the names of our beloved prophet,
00:15:44ala hazrat azeemul martabat's father,
00:15:47khatimatul muhaqqin,
00:15:49hazrat-e-muftin,
00:15:49naqi alikha rahmatullahi alayhi,
00:15:51in his book,
00:15:53al-kalamul awdah,
00:15:54fi tafsiri alam nashrah,
00:15:55when he wrote the names of our beloved prophet,
00:15:59he wrote over 300 names of the prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam.
00:16:04And ala hazrat alayhi rahmat says,
00:16:07that the ulama muhaditheen have gathered the names of our prophet,
00:16:11and they exceeded 1000 names.
00:16:14One of the names of our nabi,
00:16:16which is written on the wall of masjid-e-nabawi even today.
00:16:21There are 201 names of the prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam
00:16:25that are inscribed on the right side wall of al-masjid-e-nabawi
00:16:29when you enter from babu salam,
00:16:31and you go to give salam to muhajah-e-aqdas
00:16:34of the beloved prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam.
00:16:36There are 201 names written on that wall.
00:16:39And one of the names written,
00:16:41and these are the names from dalailul khairat,
00:16:44written even today on the wall of al-masjid-e-nabawi al-sharif.
00:16:48These names were written by the khattat of al-madinatul munawwara
00:16:53al-shaykh abdul-qadir al-tarabulisi rahimahullahu ta'ala.
00:16:57Al-madani.
00:16:58These names from the names that are inscribed on the wall,
00:17:03one of the names even today is
00:17:05Sayyiduna Muhammad Dhikrullah.
00:17:10The beloved prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam
00:17:12is one of the remembrances of Allah.
00:17:15For whosoever saw him had seen the true reflection
00:17:19of Allah subhanahu wa tabarak wa ta'ala.
00:17:23The might of Allah, the kamal of Allah
00:17:25reflected in the image of the beloved prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam.
00:17:29So the heart that is connected with Allah and his messenger,
00:17:34the heart that is beating in the love of Allah and his messenger,
00:17:37the heart that is beating in the love of the remembrance of the beloved prophet
00:17:43and Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala
00:17:45is the heart in which the nur of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala
00:17:49has been instilled
00:17:50and the nur of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala
00:17:52permeates through that heart.
00:17:54That heart is unmixed with distortions.
00:18:03It is pure and clean from all heresy.
00:18:06It is a true reflection of the sunnah and seerah
00:18:10of the beloved prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam.
00:18:12Whoever gazes at that person
00:18:14is as though he is gazing through a mirror
00:18:17to see the prophet sallallahu alayhi wa alihi wa sahbihi wa baraka wa sallam.
00:18:21The greater the sharh al-sadar,
00:18:23the greater the expansion of that heart,
00:18:25the greater that the nur of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala
00:18:28that penetrates through it.
00:18:30Among such pure and radiant hearts
00:18:34that shine the path of iman for us
00:18:39is the heart of the mujadid of Bireli.
00:18:44I want to say his titles in the English language
00:18:47and then in the Urdu language
00:18:49to present my sipas nama,
00:18:52my khiraj-e-aqidat
00:18:53in the court of our august imam,
00:18:56the illustrious mujadid,
00:18:59the defender of the sunnah,
00:19:01the vanquisher of heresy,
00:19:04the oceanic alim,
00:19:06the author of a thousand.
00:19:07I want your muhabbat to increase for your imam.
00:19:11The author of a thousand.
00:19:14The master of fatawa.
00:19:16The senior of the ummah.
00:19:19The leader of the sunnis.
00:19:21The top rank mufassir.
00:19:24The elite muhaddis.
00:19:26The teacher of the jurists.
00:19:29The qutb among the awliya.
00:19:31The opener of secrets.
00:19:34The sun among the stars.
00:19:37The genius muhakkik.
00:19:39The hafiz of the Qur'an.
00:19:42The mufti of sharia.
00:19:43The arif of haqqiqa.
00:19:46The pride of bereli.
00:19:49The scholar of the century.
00:19:52Aala hazret.
00:19:54Azimul martabat.
00:19:56Rafiul dharajat.
00:19:58Kushtaheishq muhabbat.
00:20:00Hamiye sunnat.

00:21:09and i have seen the hearts of arabs and non-arabs all overflowing in the love of imam ahmad razakh
00:21:16in sahih al-bukhari when allah ta'ala loves someone he asked jibreel to make an adhan
00:21:27oh people of this world allah love so and so so you must also love so and so this is the asar
00:21:36of the adhan of jibreel alayhi salam that the love of ahmad raza isn't beating in the hearts of millions
00:21:42of muslims in the world ala hazrat's love is the mazhar of thumma yudha unahul qabulu fil ard
00:21:50when allah loves someone that he he places his love and acceptance in the hearts of people
00:21:56my imam's few books reached the arab world and they saw a few books our imam wrote over one thousand
00:22:04books when the ulama of makka and madina saw one book at dowlatul makkiya bil maadatil gaibiya
00:22:13they said this man is a mujizah and miracle from the mujizah of the prophet salallahu alayhi salam

00:28:00It is granted as a gift to those who are loyal to the message and the sharia and sunnah
00:28:06and the way of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam
00:28:09whose hearts are fortified with the adab of Mustafa Kareem,
00:28:13with the ta'zim of Mustafa Kareem
00:28:15and with the ta'zim of every nishmat of Mustafa Kareem.
00:28:19Our way is to love and respect every affiliation
00:28:47of the beloved Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam.
00:28:49So our imam disseminated this message his entire life.
00:28:53If you want the khayr of the hearts and the fiqh of the sharia in your minds,
00:28:58then be loyal to the Prophet and with every affiliation of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam.
00:29:06The greater this loyalty, the greater the khayr will open for you.
00:29:12The greater this loyalty, the greater the fiqh of deen that you will be granted.

01:15:56چہنے والوں سے دوستی

01:16:00رسولوں کے دشمنوں سے دشمنی
01:16:03یہ وہ نور ہے
01:16:04جو حضور نے صحابہ کو دیا
01:16:06انہوں نے تابعین کو دیا
01:16:08انہوں نے آئمہ مجتہدین کو دیا
01:16:10انہوں نے ہمارے حوالے کیا
01:16:12اور آج امانت
01:16:14یا نور میں تمہدے رہاہو

01:16:45devotion

01:16:49connected with them
01:16:50and friends of Allah

01:16:54the enemies of Allah
01:16:56and his messenger
