00:00All right, pizza review time. We are at Crave Pizza. Where are we? Glen Falls? Glen
00:26Falls. We walk in and we're waiting for the pizza and I noticed they have like a Jamaican barbecue
00:33going on. I'm like, this is strange, right? When are you going to get a Jamaican barbecue with pizza?
00:38So I asked, I'm like, what's going on here? They're like, well, we feel like there's no like Caribbean
00:43Jamaican barbecue place. They're from Jamaica, I believe. They're like, we just started it up today.
00:49Like day one of the Jamaican barbecue. I said, all right, what's your best? They said, you're
00:55going to take the spice jerk chicken. Here we go. First of its kind, the Crave Pizza, Jamaican.
01:05So here we go. Obviously, it's not going to be easy for me to eat this like a slice,
01:10but let's see what we got. Now, a little old fast. I love like Caribbean, like rice, beans,
01:16St. Martin, they get the beets, you get the ribs. So I may love this. One bite, everyone knows the
01:21rules. Crave Jamaican. Spice jerk. Everybody, let's see what we got here. Let's cut it up.
01:31Ladies working hard in there. I'm like, how you even getting it out? This is going to make
01:36my stomach probably into a tizzy. Cut it up. Get some rice. By the way, this thing's huge.
01:44One bite, everybody knows the rules. Very good. I love this stuff. Like, I don't think
01:56Caribbean, like rice, beans, chicken gets enough, like publicity. This is great.
02:05Am I crazy? Is it healthy too? I don't know. That may be a stretch.
02:09I would give this, like, I wonder if she made the sauce herself. She must have, right, Austin?
02:20Like home cooking, bring it all in. It looked like she's doing it all herself.
02:26I didn't even put the gravy on it. I could eat that all day. I could, no joke, put a little
02:37barbecue sauce on it. This is like a mid to high eight for me. Like, I love stuff like this. I'm
02:44sorry. I just love stuff like this. Come for the pizza. Get the Jamaican barbecue straight from
02:49fucking Jamaica. You're going to probably have to fast forward this part because I'm, like,
02:57struggling a little bit. Part with the sauce.
03:07No exaggeration, eight, seven. That's that good. Like, I love chicken, rice, the sauces,
03:14the Caribbean, warm breezes, senoritas, all of it. Eight, seven. I'm going to like the
03:21grape Jamaican more than the pizza. Really good. I don't want to eat it too because I
03:26got to eat pizza for work. That's for pleasure. This is for work. So what do you do? Make it
03:30the night before? Like, when do you make the sauce and stuff? Everything was done fresh
03:35this morning. What time do you have to wake up to start that? I got up a little late.
03:39To be honest, I got up like six. Six? That's good. I'm worried I may like that more than the
03:44pizza. We'll see. Uh-oh. We'll see. It's going to be just as good. All right. That was really
03:50good. So which one do you prefer? The goat or the chicken? For what I just ate? I didn't even know
03:56I ate two different things. Yeah. What are you talking about? What? I was eating goat. What are you talking about? Goat. Where's the goat? Huh? Where's the goat? Where's the goat? That's just chicken. No, it is. That's just, what is that? That's goat. I thought that was just all sauce. I was mixing it all together. No, it's curried goat. I don't know that I've ever had goat. I don't know if I even
04:20wanted to know it was goat. Where are you getting goat? Uh-oh. It's both really good. I don't know that I've ever had goat. Really? You're welcome. No. Where do you get goat from? Out there. Goat. Yeah. That is spilled out there. Goat. Well, I guess that's good then. I don't even see goat on here. Yeah. Curried goat.
04:44First time for everything. It's great. It really is. Thank you. I can't believe I ate goat, but. I'm sorry. No, don't be sorry. I don't care.

07:47So, it was like Iowa New York pizza first.
07:49Yup.
07:50And there was like an owner in between me and Iowa New York.
07:53And he was here for like three months.
07:56So, he was like not wanting it or it wasn't doing good.
07:59And then we saw it online and I was like, it's interesting.
08:03I was working at pizza at the time.
08:05And then I heard of the opportunity.
08:07And then I was like, why not?
08:09Since I've been doing it.
08:11And man, this is history.

08:14How long did you have this idea in the works,
08:16to bring the barbecue?
08:18Very long time ago.
08:19Yeah.
08:20Yeah, I just gave the wife, because she's been procrastinating.
