00:00Assalamu alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh
00:30and alhamdulillah many signs from the moon have been coming in the last two days like lights
00:40shining and sparking from these awliyaullah that for Mawlana al-Sham al-Fardani, Sayyidina
00:49Muhyiddin Ibn Arabi is for knowledges and that to bring heavenly realities from malakut
01:00into the dunya to facilitate that process of connecting divinely knowledges from the malakut
01:09to the moon.
01:10May Allah dress us from their blessings and let their nazah be upon us from our humble association
01:18and their love for them.
01:20And our love for them who dresses us and blesses us and they give their share of what Allah
01:27promised to open on the day of promises.
01:28That Allah promised on the day of promises that in days of difficulty and darkness and
01:34in the times of say the master of the Prophet of Allah is not dressing upon them to us.
01:38We can do nothing but we shall love as a result of that love we share in that ni'mah upon
01:40ourselves.
01:41We say that Allah dress us from their blessings and bless us and open for us.
01:44What Allah promised to open on the day of promises.
01:46That Allah promised on the day of promises that in days of difficulty and darkness and
01:53in the times of Sayyidina Mahdi that Allah would send his support to the believers.
02:00We pray that Allah send that support and complete his ni'mah at Allah .
02:05For the sake of the love of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ, Asqabu Nabi ﷺ, Asqabu Nabi ﷺ,
02:12Asqabu Nabi ﷺ, and the love of awliya Allah .
02:16And Allah order for us is to,
02:20Asqabu Nabi ﷺ, Asqabu Nabi ﷺ, Asqabu Nabi ﷺ, and that we heard the command of Allah
02:30and Allah's order, hold tight to the rope of Allah , all of you please.
02:37And don't make differences within that Muhammadan reality and alhamdulillah they define that rope
02:49is the command of truth of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.
02:54And that we pray Allah keep us with Ahfabu Nabi ﷺ, the true lovers of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ,
03:02that they are dressed from the true love, the true rope that is coming from the heart of
03:09Prophet ﷺ.
03:10And that Allah dress us from their reality, that dress us from the Holy Qur'an, all of
03:18what Holy Qur'an has of its realities and of being, dress us from all those blessings.
03:24That is the real love.
03:26As soon as we talk about real love, oh everybody commenting and posting back, oh, you don't
03:33understand love, I understand love.
03:36Shaykh is saying, don't have love.
03:38He said, no, the real love.
03:42If your love is not correctly linked to Allah , most high.
03:49And Allah will clarify that if you love me, follow Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.
03:55Our life is about how best to follow Prophet ﷺ.
04:01Follow that that love increases and Prophet ﷺ teaching whose Islam is the best.
04:08And the reply that Prophet ﷺ gave to companions, the one whose Islam harms no one with his hands
04:16and with his tongue.
04:18Means whatever darajat somebody has, as soon as they feel good and strong, they use their
04:24tongue to attack people, to demean and to lower people.
04:28And we pray that Allah give us from the true Islam that doesn't hurt anyone.
04:36Not with our hands and not with our tongue but it's meant as an encouragement.
04:42To encourage people towards goodness.
04:45To encourage people towards love and muhabbat.
04:49Means it's not the love of the shaykh that everybody should be looking for, it's love of
04:53Allah .
04:55From love of Allah , love of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ is the only love.
05:02That the heart Allah , this fab we created, nobody with two hearts.
05:07This one heart has to love Allah .
05:10Allah would direct that love to the love of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.
05:15The people of khud and real khud, they are lost in their love for Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.
05:27Once they are eating and drinking from that love, every other relationship is in their liver.
05:37No other relationship comes into the heart.
05:41It enters into their jigar .
05:43The heart is a house of Allah .
05:47And in the house of Allah is Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.
05:51So they teach, these are the real ahbab.
05:55Ahbab means lovers of Prophet ﷺ.
05:59And Allah connect them with the laam.
06:04And that laam opens up to laam, alif, meem .
06:13The laam, the hab is hope, is love with the laam, with the ta'am.
06:22The laam itself, once you make your tafakkur, begins to open.
06:29This laam has again a laam, has an alif, razatullah and the meem which now shows the robe.
06:40That meem are the Muhammadiyoon, the Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.
06:47So if they don't understand how that laam becomes a form, becomes a creation, becomes a mulk.
06:57Is that that laam opens and as it opens it shows another laam.
07:02Means this is now the reality of the tongue of truth.
07:06The alif is that that tongue is dressed by Izzatullah.
07:10And to reach that alif you have to come through Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.
07:17And that meem extends the robe down towards creation.
07:21So it means that those who holding on to the Muhammadan reality, who teach and propagate
07:29the Muhammadan reality, they are the proof of that robe.
07:35If they're not teaching a Muhammadan reality, they're not that robe.
07:40There can be many things but they're not that robe.
07:46That robe is a Muhammadan haqqaiq.
07:50Those Muhammadan realities that are taught, these are all the strings and threads that move
07:57across this earth so that when you hear it, you live by it and you're in those associations,
08:05you're holding to that robe.
08:08When you hold to that robe, it's being lifted into the heart of Prophet ﷺ.
08:14We pray that Allah dress us and bless us with deel to find the love.
08:20When we have that love, everything else it plays its role and its place.
08:27You love your family for the sake of Allah but you're already full with the love of Allah
08:35and Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.
08:37That means you don't torment everybody to love them so much that they don't have the capacity
08:43to fulfill that love that you're searching for.
08:46We torment people with what we want.
08:50So, when we're full with the love of Allah and Prophet ﷺ, you accept everybody else for
08:56who they are so you don't try to keep changing everything.
09:00Then every relationship at that time will be what it is.
09:04If they're satisfied with Allah and Prophet ﷺ and they're in that ecstasy, they're in
09:10that love, they're in that ish, everything else is second time.
09:15So, if you've had a good meal and you're very full and somebody comes,
09:20Hey, you want to eat this?
09:21Heh, thank you very much.
09:22Oh, cool.
09:23Now it's only time for dessert.
09:26It's not the primary of your life.
09:31You don't make and break, you don't torment each other that you're not loving me the way
09:36that you should be loving me.
09:37No, because your love is supposed to be full from Allah and Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.
09:43Everything else then you don't expect anything and you're happy with everything.
09:49The shaykhs have that understanding, if they didn't they would have tormented the whole
09:54room.
09:57You have one spouse and how much you fight with her that she don't do exactly like you
10:02want, she don't cook the way you want, she doesn't produce the way you want.
10:07Why?
10:08Because you have expectations.
10:10Imagine shaykhs who have hundreds or thousands of students and not one of them does what
10:16he wants.
10:17If he was in the business of throwing out everybody who doesn't do what they want or every five
10:22man tells them, I'm going to leave, I'm going to run away.
10:28You invest all your time and effort and the person says, I want to leave you.
10:32Then leave.
10:33What can you do?
10:34You can't keep anybody by force.
10:36This is a way of love.
10:38So even they're not teaching but they teach by example.
10:41They're not expecting anything.
10:43Their love already comes from Prophet ﷺ.
10:45They did their job, Prophet ﷺ happy with them.
10:49It's not in your hand to make them to believe or not to believe, that's in their Lord's
10:54hand.
10:55We did the job, Prophet ﷺ happy.
10:57Then you accept everybody for who they are.
11:00The difference is in their faith, the difference is in their character.
11:04So that's why then the tariqah comes and teaches.
11:10Allah gives you in life a bucket that's broken, a broken bucket with holes in it.
11:21All of these teachings were in day 101 of tariqah, Shaykh Nazim's old books.
11:28They give you a shovel.
11:30Allah Shaykh would describe you have three shots, three post-it notes for a nicer version
11:37to put on the internet.
11:39You would say three nails in your head.
11:41I think that's a more softer way to understand it.
11:44Three nice post-it notes on your forehead.
11:48One is that you have a shovel and it's broken.
11:53Allah give you a bucket and it's filled with holes.
11:57And then Allah tell you, your rizq is in the west but you're in the east.
12:02This is the summation of all of these viyads.
12:07If Allah give you a shovel and only at the time when they teach you that you're going
12:12to be a shaykh or you're going to be somebody who teaches, which in actuality means you're
12:17going to be the only mureed and everybody else is going to be your shaykh because they're
12:23all going to tell you what to do.
12:26And you have to be loving and patient enough to say, okay, if you were really the shaykh
12:33and you thought you had mureeds in this day, the real mureed is the one who they say he's
12:40a shaykh.
12:41He's the mureed and everybody else plays the role of the shaykh.
12:46So, then that shovel is broken.
12:49So, his shaykh orders him that dig with that shovel and reach to your treasure, your amanat.
12:58And his faith is so strong.
13:00He doesn't think for a moment that, what is this?
13:03You gave me a broken shovel.
13:08Then he knows that one is now a real mureed of Naqshbandiya.
13:15So, many think there are mureeds all over the internet.
13:18A Naqshbandi mureed is already in the category of a murshid.
13:24Everyone else is a muhibin.
13:26Merely they love the shaykhs, love the way, trying to reach towards a reality.
13:32But the mureed, he's already been granted to be a murshid.
13:37And he has ijazah from Allah , ijazah from Prophet ﷺ and ijazah from his shaykhs.
13:45Because the character of that one was when he was told to dig, reach to your treasure,
13:52it never occurred to his mind that, how am I going to do that?
13:56It's impossible.
13:57Why do you do like that?
13:58Why is it like this?
13:59How am I going to ever get to my treasure?
14:01He didn't think about it.
14:02He dug.
14:03He did whatever he has to do.
14:05He continues in doing whatever he has to do and he keeps digging, keep digging, keep digging.
14:10Means whatever task at life is given to you, don't think about it.
14:14Your head is not going to understand Allah's way.
14:17Your head is not going to make any logic of this.
14:20Allah's not going to open like, you know, a pearly gate and say, now I'm going to turn
14:23to my treasure.
14:24He'll show you a road filled with obstacles.
14:29In every holy book, although I walk through the valley of death, I know that God is with
14:35me.
14:36You look at that road and it doesn't look like there's any way you're going to pass that
14:41road.
14:42Not with your eyes.
14:44So every test, whether you're in lawsuits and fights and offices and in life and difficulty,
14:53this training that they gave was they dug, they dig, they do what they have to do.
14:59They don't even think about it.
15:00They just keep moving and through their astonishment every time they move and they hit an obstacle,
15:06Allah makes the obstacle to disappear.
15:11They don't fail if they have love of Prophet ﷺ.
15:16There may be slow downs.
15:18You slow, slow, slow and boom!
15:21Allah makes it to move.
15:23Because of faith, it's called Iman.
15:25It's not called your brain understand.
15:27When you get an order from the shaykh and nobody reaches a level of order even if he
15:33given Nisa and a suggestion, don't put your small brain into understanding.
15:40We say small because the brain of an ant is more powerful than the brain of Insani.
15:47The brain of the ant, he can talk to all the other ants.
15:53With this, I need a microphone system to be heard in the back.
16:01The bigger the brain, the less functioning it has because you're only using 3% of the brain.
16:08They're not even 3% of this big huge mass.
16:12So it wasn't a thing, we didn't think, we just did.
16:17And those who follow that reality, they try their best to do what they're getting of
16:23the sharats and understanding from the shaykh.
16:25They just do it, do it, do it.
16:27It's outcome is not in our hands because we already understood that the shovel was broken.
16:33Logical mind says, this shovel broken, no way I'm not doing it.
16:37You don't know what you're talking about.
16:38Then leave.
16:40It's not for you.
16:43Then they say, they give you a bucket.
16:48And they say, the bucket has holes.
16:51Then say, empty the ocean.
16:54Say, I already had problems with you and that broken shovel.
16:58Now you gave me a bucket and to empty an ocean, a task because that's,
17:04that's what I'm saying.
17:05That's what I'm saying.
17:06That's what I'm saying.
17:07Oh you who believe, Allah says, you're going to believe now more.
17:11Every moment there is a new darajat of Iman.
17:14If you don't feel your faith is growing, you're doing something wrong.
17:20If today you don't believe more than yesterday, you're doing something wrong.
17:25If you're not giving more today than yesterday, you're doing something wrong.
17:30If you're not trying to strive and do dawah more today than yesterday, you're doing something
17:36wrong.
17:37Sayyuhalladina amanu, aman.
17:39Oh you who believe, believe.
17:42If you think that you were better off last year than this year in your faith and in your
17:49practices, something is wrong.
17:52That everything is to strive to do more.
17:55From whatever Allah gave to you, give.
17:58From whatever ability Allah gave to you, give to be of service to Prophet ﷺ.
18:05Whatever you have of your mind, dump it and listen to their teaching to reach towards your
18:11reality.
18:12Then you understand the character of the shaykh, they gave him a bucket, they say empty it.
18:18He's so busy emptying it, Allah made the ocean to vanish.
18:25It's an impossible task.
18:28It's not something, anything by mind and shaykh.
18:31Mawlana Shaykh would always describe Shaykh Dagestani at a young age.
18:35And Shaykh Sharafuddin had a tremendous love for Shaykh Dagestani and putting him into seclusions
18:42and putting his nazar upon him.
18:44So, his older marines were jealous.
18:45He said, why Shaykh?
18:46You put so much attention on this young boy, that's all right.
18:50That's all right.
18:51And he was coming and Shaykh Abu al-Fayzi, Abu al-Fayzi, he threw a big branch to him.
18:58Break it.
18:59In one instance, as soon as he caught the branch, he said, break it.
19:02He snapped it in a second.
19:05This boy, if I tell him direct himself right now to Mecca, he doesn't think.
19:14He immediately just believes what I tell him and he snapped the wood in a second.
19:20None of us can reach to that.
19:22That's why he's Sultan al-Awliya.
19:24But this is for us to understand.
19:26It's not about you question everything in a mind that doesn't know, doesn't understand
19:31everything.
19:32This is a basic of belief, of Iman that Allah gives the reward.
19:39The Shaykh is just like is a mentor and a teacher to bring the tests that Allah wants.
19:46Let Allah give the reward and the Prophet ﷺ nazar upon that servant.
19:52So, they do impossible tasks and oceans empty in their presence and Allah
19:58is bidha and satisfaction.
20:01And the last was like an ant.
20:03If Allah tell you that you're in the west, you're in the east and your rizq in the west,
20:09they move.
20:14They move with six bags and took their whole family.
20:17They're not people who give you stories that they have not done.
20:21They're not allowed to talk about anything that they have not personally done.
20:27So, before we can tell stories, we have to have lived the story.
20:32There's a difference between storytellers and those who live through that reality.
20:38And they're here, buy six bags and I order from their shaykhs and the whole world open for
20:45them.
20:46Six bags multiplied into maybe ten containers.
20:51So, Allah gives from ways you could never imagine.
21:03If the order comes, move.
21:06You move.
21:07You move in that direction that Allah give because He's going to grant a reward.
21:13This whole way then teaches not your head is going to understand.
21:17Not your sense of reasoning going to understand.
21:21You're trying to understand Allah's infinite oceans with your limited capacity.
21:27Is it possible to put infinity into a limited space?
21:32No.
21:33We pray that Allah open more and more understanding for us of this way.
21:39On how to deal with the people of the way, especially the people of the hub, of the road.
21:44Because they are from that heart of Prophet ﷺ giving these guidances, giving these way to
21:52take people up and to bring up into that ocean of reality.
21:57Subhana rabbika rabbal al-Azzat wa ta'ala yasihkoon.
21:59Wa salaamun al-mursaleen.
22:01Alhamdulillahi rabbil al-ra'ala.
22:02Alhamdulillahi rabbil al-ra'ala.
22:03Alhamdulillahi rabbil al-ra'ala.
22:04Alhamdulillahi rabbil al-ra'ala.
22:14Alhamdulillahi rabbil al-ra'ala.
22:16And none of this is about escaping from the condition which Allah put you in.
22:17Whatever condition Allah put you in, you are to make the best of that condition, the most
22:22loving environment of that condition.
22:24This is not about hearing this and say, I'm escaping, but to obey, to understand and to
22:31make the best of that condition.
22:33The shaykh is not allowed to throw everybody out and to bring a new crowd of people that
22:37he would prefer to be with.
22:41You get what Allah sends, like a box of chocolates.
22:51Some are nice and caramelly, some have lots of nuts, some have cherries in them.
22:59This is life.
23:00To be content with what Allah thinks.
23:04Allah makes it all to be sweet and all of it to be good, inshaAllah.
