00:00We sacrifice from what God has given to us. God's promise is,
00:04I will cut off your enemies from behind you. That Prophet ﷺ has to buy us from the slavery of
00:12shaitan. You have to be bought from Satan. You don't just decide that I'm not going to follow
00:18Satan and evilness because you're lying. But two weeks later, you follow him again.
00:22He doesn't let his hooks out of anyone. Whether he's hooked your ears or he's hooked your eyes,
00:29he hooked your mouth, he hooked their tongue, he's hooked everything about them to show that all
00:34your faculties are mine. And how can you think that you're free from the devil? When the devil has
00:40yoked you in every way, invisibly everyone else can see the marking. And this becomes the great
00:47struggle. We don't want him to grab our tongue, so we want to free our tongue for the remembrance of
00:53the divine. Not to grab our eyes and to grab our ears and to grab our hands and our feet.
00:59And our life is a continuous struggle to run because the devil is fishing too. Like we described
01:06how they fish. They put out the string and their servants, they let them to go a little bit loose.
01:11And they think, I got away from him. Then he pulls you right back in again. Your ego is your lord and the
01:17devil is your lord. If you can't control your mouth, you can't control your hands, you can't control your
01:23eyes to do good, see good and be good. How can we claim that we are submitting to the Lord Most High?
01:29The only way to fight the devil is through energy. And the only energies that can counter what he's doing
01:37are the salawats, which Allah said, that we will make you to become abda, that shaitan no longer sees
01:45you. His reach is not towards you, which you become mahfuz, one whom is guarded by the heavens.
