00:00Education Secretary Sonny Angara has signed the IRR of the anti-bullying law which aims requirement or requiring the schools to implement anti-bullying policies.
00:09This is in connection with a bullying incident happened at a school in Muntilupa City wherein a minor was hospitalized after her hair was pulled and she hit the concrete during an argument with her classmate.
00:21As of now, the deped Muntilupa is investigating the incident. Muntilupa Mayor Rufy Biazon has also invited the parents of the involved children to address the issue together with the class advisor and other school officials.
00:33The school assured to cover the hospital bills of the children who is currently admitted for monitoring.
