Additionally, hygiene and quality control are often questionable in outside food, increasing the risk of food poisoning. Children’s digestive systems are delicate, making them more vulnerable to such risks.
Parents should focus on healthy homemade alternatives—fresh fruits, vegetable juices, oatmeal, soups, and sandwiches—to ensure their children grow strong, energetic, and healthy, both physically and mentally.
