00:54Gulam Nabi Meman received his early education from Nandi city primary and high school.
01:01After completing his intermediate from Islamia College, Baden, he joined Liyakwat Medical College, Jamshoro for MBBS.
01:09Even during his medical studies, he did not deviate from his goal and continued his preparation for CSS with the same seriousness.
01:18Finally, with continuous hard work, determination and focus, he successfully cleared the CSS exam and became a part of the Pakistan police service.
01:29Initially, it was difficult for many to imagine how a noble, sensible and dignified young man could successfully work in a tough and dangerous field like the police.
01:40But when Gulam Nabi Meman got a chance in the practical field, especially as SSP in Gokki and Kerpa, the courage, strategy, bravery and leadership he displayed in operations against decoits surprised everyone.
01:55He proved that along with softness in him, he also had the character of a strong, brave, dutiful and honest officer.
02:02His performance earned him a lot of respect and admiration not only at the administrative level but also in the inner circles of the police.
02:11He not only earned a good name in the police department but also raised the bar of the country.

02:22One of his brothers, Abdul Karim Meman, is a CSS officer who is currently working as DG in the Commerce and Trade Department.
02:30Another brother, Abdul Rasul, is an officer in the Pakistan Navy while his two brothers, Mohsen and Warsam, are barristers.
02:40Abdul Satar Meman and Abdul Aziz Meman are traders and landowners whose hard work is making their businesses flourish.
02:48Abdul Satar Meman is also active in regional politics and is associated with the Pakistan People's Party.
