00:38Plant, where he was briefed on the manufacturing process and technologies in the production of
00:43multi-purpose helicopters for commercial military and rescue mission use. He expressed satisfaction
00:50with the growing engagements between the peoples of Malaysia and Tatarstan in economic, institutional,
00:56and cultural cooperation. The state visit, which began on August 5, was undertaken at the invitation
