00:00His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, King of Malaysia, ended his four-day state visit to China on Sunday.

00:07The King aboard a special aircraft departed at the Beijing Capital Airport at 9.28 a.m.

00:13An entourage of Chinese and Malaysian officials was present to send off the King.

00:19A Guard of Honour salute from the Chinese People's Liberation Army was given to the King before his departure.

00:25On Saturday, after attending a gathering with the Malaysian diaspora in China,

00:30the King visited the Beijing Aircraft Technology Research Centre

00:34to check out the latest development in Chinese aviation technology.

00:38He spent over an hour there and had the opportunity to try out the flight simulator.

00:43He then inspected two aircraft that was developed by the Centre.

00:46His Majesty visited China at the invitation from Chinese President Xi Jinping.

00:51This was His Majesty's maiden visit to China since ascending the throne in January.

00:56His Majesty granted an audience to Xi and Chinese Premier Li Qiang,

01:01highlighting that Malaysia's foreign policy has always been in favour of a strong partnership with China

01:07and Malaysia has sought to move forward together in their relations.
