00:07on the new version of microsoft outlook using a mac computer without further ado let us start the

00:14video so in the tutorial you need to have access to a mac computer have access to the desktop

00:19application microsoft outlook we cannot start the tutorial before i start this tutorial i would like

00:56so now let's go down to the dock go to launch file go to the application macs of outlook

01:02search for this enter to open up the application wait for that to load once that is loaded you

01:08should now see the new version of the desktop application macs of outlook on screen once we

01:17have that let's now navigate to the top left hand corner where we see new email we can either create

01:23a new email event or contact we will look to create a brand new email that we will be sending to

01:29ourselves so within two let's type in admin this will come back to us subject let's just say test email

01:38dear admin

01:45this is a test email

01:50kind regards

01:51before we send we can ask the question why would we want to send ourselves an email maybe

02:06for a test purpose or we have some information that we want to keep with an email and then we would

02:13file within folders just for our own reference we can then access that in the near future if we need

02:20to ever again so let's click on send this has now been sent if we go to the inbox

02:28this should pop up on screen any second now and there we go click on the email

02:34this is a test email kind regards from the admin
