00:10I think it's, I'm going to just say this because, you know, I have a lot of love for my BET family.

00:18And I think change is inevitable. I don't know why the decisions and the discourse of what led to that.

00:26But I have great belief that there is a pivot and a shift and a change that's going to reveal itself in time.

00:34Sometimes you've got to just give it time. You've got to be patient.

00:37So, I'm just as patient.

00:48And I think we live in a society where a lot of people have naturally grown into just being impatient.
