00:17So it made sense for him to suggest the UAE, which does have a multi-year role in terms of facilitating dialogue between Russia and Ukraine.
00:29So it isn't completely unlikely. But I think that probably Turkey continues to to have sort of the first run, particularly because of location and that it's held or hosted not only Russian U.S. bilaterals, but Russian Ukrainian bilaterals.
00:51And then finally, it's it's simply faster for President Putin to fly into Istanbul or Ankara and potentially President Zelensky than it is for the five and a half hour trip from Moscow to Abu Dhabi or Dubai.
