There might be a silver lining in the Senate’s controversial "archiving" of the House-initiated impeachment complaint against Vice President Sara Duterte after all.  Mamamayang Liberal (ML) Party-list Rep. Leila de Lima spoke about this in a statement as well as in an interview Thursday, Aug. 7, or a day after the senators shelved the impeachment rap.
