00:00Unfortunately, and I'm very disappointed in this, the Dover Town Council have repositioned a cycle rack across the doorway, which in effect stops us opening the business.
00:15Well, historically, I think in the last three years, the cycle rack has been in Dover. It's a great thing to have in any town. So I totally support that.
00:25And they relocated it originally in Tannery Lane, where it is currently, without any thought that the owners of the building may want to open the door to use.
00:40For our use, and to bring some culture and some investment into Dover, we need to open that door, because on the ground floor, we have a children's play area, and we're going to open up a gallery on the first floor, possibly the second floor.
00:57And in order to do that, we need access. Now, we can't have the public walking through a child's play area to access a gallery.
01:06I made a request in March this year to the Town Council to move it. And I said, if you can't move it, we're happy to move it. They've ignored me.
01:15Well, I'm talking to my solicitors. We are talking to KCC, who are actually the landowners.
01:20We will be obviously advising Dover Town Council that they need to move it. And if they choose not to move it, then obviously we have to take action.
01:30Thank you very much.
01:31Thank you very much.
01:31Thank you, everyone.
