00:00My name is Logan Forsyth. I'm a trainee site manager with Grahams.
00:04I became an apprentice by applying while I was at school.
00:08I'm Caleb in BC. I'm a foundation apprentice at Bellsmire Nursery.
00:12I think I've developed my confidence massively.
00:15I think my time management's improved from the tight deadlines that I've had to follow
00:19and just being more professional as a person.
00:22So I think it's really being able to build those up.
00:24I would say my foundation apprenticeship has changed my life
00:26because it has let me gain a job, a lot of experience that I didn't have before
00:31and it really did teach me a lot.
