07:35balance and our spiritual side can kick in which is our connected connection for me spirituality is
07:41connection to everything that is i've always had a connection to the universe and now and there's
07:44even from a very young age from probably about the age of six my awakening to spirit
07:48not religious whatsoever not at all right knowing there's something bigger than just us and we all
07:58have a soul now that soul can reincarnate into many different lifetimes yeah and so there's much more
08:07to learn than what we even think of in with our limited human perspective now when i first started
08:13learning my spirituality and i did do courses on psychic development and did all the levels of reiki
08:18energy healing and do a lot around meditation work and balancing self cleansing my energy is when i first
08:25started i only connected to like three spirit guides now i connect a thousand and a lot of them to do
08:31with my healing work what i do for you i always call spirit in before i do a reading i'm not showing my
08:36energy i'm channeling my life experience and wisdom from this lifetime another lifetime we're directly
