00:00Our aim is to grow seaweed offshore, but even the offshore area is already heavily used

00:05by different people, like offshore wind, fishing, the Navy.

00:10And now we come into place and want to grow seaweed.

00:12And so we try to find solutions and positive synergy effects to use the same area by different

00:20people.

00:21So multi-use means that we use the same area, not only the area, also the already existing

00:33infrastructure or people working offshore.

00:36So yeah, the same people like maintaining a windmill can also take water samples for

00:42us.

00:43Or we are sharing the same ships, so we don't go by our own ship to reduce the CO2 footprint.

00:50So we use the same ships working at offshore wind, working in our aquaculture.

00:56We're using the same power supply for our sensors, for example.

01:00We're using the same offshore area.

01:04We can have offshore wind energy.

01:06We can have seaweed in the same area growing and also supporting each other and also having

01:12a positive ecological benefit for the environment because we are providing more habitat.

01:18We are providing also with some nature-inclusive design ideas, some hard substrate for some

01:24juvenile fish for other organisms to grow on, not only seaweed.
