00:12Batay po ito sa Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations ng DepEd ng Anti-Bullying Act of 2013.
00:18Ayon sa DepEd, dapat magkaroon ng programa ang mga paaralan para sa maagap na intervention sa bullying at malinaw na proseso sa pagresolba sa reklamo.
00:27Sakot daw nito, hindi lang ang pisikal na pambubuli, kundi pati ang pananakot, diskriminasyon, cyberbullying at anumang kilos na magdudulot ng emosyonal na efekto sa mga mag-aaral.
00:40Dapat ding may learner formation officer sa bawat paaralan na magiging contact person sa mga kaso ng bullying.
