00:21My wife, Bon, and myself, Nato, I used to give lectures.
00:27We are both engineers. Way back, many years ago, meron kaming unexploited virgin seafront property sa Unisan, Quezon Province.
00:42And then we decided to develop it. It started like a family resort.
00:48We have property na might as well use it for people, parang lot ng tao doon sa probinsya ay makinabang din.
00:59Doon sila magtrabaho.
01:01And then at the same time, magkaroon ng negosyo na makaka-promote ng tourism, especially in our province, Quezon.
01:11Human resources ay hindi sapat or hindi akma compared to a workforce na makikita mo sa Manila.
01:22But yeah, we were able to train them and we were able to attain what we expected from them, especially in a remote area.
01:31So to give them opportunity to work and we are so glad, we are so happy and we are so blessed that the people there cooperated with us and they gave support so we can achieve our goals.
01:46We found out that people now, they like to travel, they like to see different things, they like to go places they haven't been before.
01:59And even our place is not as far from Manila, many people haven't been there, they haven't been traveling, they haven't traveled to our place.
02:09It's an experience for them to reach the place. It's really an enjoyable business, serving people, doing holiday.
02:22Nagkaroon kami ng drive, attain more, to work more, to achieve the objective of especially tourism. We really need to improve the place.
02:35Ang negosyo kasi kung ano yung gusto ng tao, kung ano yung hinaharap ng tao, kung ano yung service na ang gusto nilang ibigay.
02:46Siyempre lang ibigay sa tao and then you have the business.
02:49As consumers, kung ano yung demand nila, so ibigay lang natin and then we have a business.
