00:18the synagogue walls with offensive graffiti across five separate dates between March and July 2025.
00:25In each instance, the man wore a long black coat and covered his face, most recently donning a full
00:34Scream mask and cloak. He is described as bald, Caucasian and of medium build. Anyone with
