01:08it's being a little too conservative at this deadline.

01:11But, man, paying prices at the deadline,

01:14it's a really hard thing for teams that try to make good decisions to do

01:20because deadlines are irrational, and they create irrational behavior.

01:25But I'll say this, you know, this year it wasn't the case,

01:28but the Dodgers have been very irrational at deadlines before

01:32and it sure worked out well for them.
