During a press conference on Wednesday, Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) said that the Democrats had asked Republicans to join them in gaining access to the Epstein files via the "Rule of Five" law which allows five members of the Senate Homeland Security Committee to request any federal document be made public.
