00:12Dewan Rakyat. Rafizi noted that almost 95% of the content developed during his tenure remains
00:19intact in the updated plan. He said all major reforms involving changes to the education system,
00:25economic structure, as well as the focus on new areas such as aging nation policies and the
00:31development of the third sector have all been maintained. He also cited the inclusion of key
00:36strategies such as the National Energy Transition Roadmap, KL20, the Johor Singapore Special Economic
00:43Zone, Made by Malaysia, and the Special Tourism Investment Zones. Rafizi said initiatives that
00:49had previously faced resistance were also kept, such as the Government Service Efficiency Commitment
00:55Bill 2025 and legislation to ban the Alibaba practice. The Pandan MP said he would comment
01:01on each component of the plan over the coming week and is expected to debate the 13 MP in
01:07Parliament next Monday or Tuesday.
