U.S. conducts HIMARS missile test on remote island during international military exercise

The United States Army carried out a high-speed test of the HIMARS rocket system on Christmas Island, an Australian territory in the Indian Ocean, as part of the Talisman Sabre 2025 military exercise.  The operation also involved forces from Canada and Australia and aimed to demonstrate rapid response and precision strike capabilities from remote locations. After the simulation concluded, vehicles and soldiers were evacuated from the area by a military transport aircraft.  Source and images: X @USArmy @SecArmy

00:33type of manufacturing around the world that can strengthen both our American

00:38defense industrial base and also that of our allies.
