00:15On July 26, while installing street lights in Goa Hathi's Dakhengau area,

00:18he was hit by a speeding car. Eyewitnesses say Kashyap was behind the wheel. They claim she

00:22fled the scene and took shelter in a nearby apartment in Kahilpada. Samuel was rushed to

00:26Goa Hathi Medical College and Hospital, then shifted to Apollo for advanced care.

00:29He had suffered severe head trauma and multiple fractures. On the morning of July 29,

00:33he died. As outrage spread online, Kashyap appeared before the disparate police on Monday.

00:37She denied parts of the allegations but promised full cooperation. Police have since seized the

00:41suspected vehicle and now she is under arrest.
