00:00My name's Ben Lake and I'm here all day today with the Welsh Affairs Select Committee from Westminster

00:07and we're undertaking an inquiry into agriculture in Wales and the food and drink industry

00:12and I think it's so important that people in Westminster, people in government, take heed of the importance of the food and drink industry

00:19and as the Member of Parliament for Ceredigal Preseli it's a particular pleasure to see so many local producers here in the food hall

00:28showing the very best that not only Ceredigal can offer but also the best of Welsh food and drinks as well

00:33and showing it to a global audience so really really glad to be here today.
