00:19That means it was a $15 million deal.

00:23And lawyers can charge 5% negotiation on that.

00:25He just paid a lawyer hourly, 5 grand, did the exact same thing.

00:32Probably had lawyers negotiating on his behalf, taking a flat percentage rate of whatever they negotiate versus hiring someone hourly.
