Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) reacts to DNI Tulsi Gabbard's "Russiagate" report.

00:00Why do you think that a special counsel is necessary now after the John Durant's argument?
00:04So I supported a special counsel appointment when Attorney General Sessions recused himself.
00:14The accusations were serious and the Mueller investigation turned out to be a sad chapter.
00:22But having said all that, the DNI is releasing documents that are unnerving.
00:27And they've sent it over to the Department of Justice.
00:31So let's use the process of getting it out of the politics of the moment.
00:36And if there's any there, have a special counsel look at it.
00:39I'm not going to make a judgment about who did what.
00:42But I think the country would be well served by a process that allows somebody outside of DOJ to look at it.
00:49That's what we did in the past.
00:50As to the Epstein files, release as much as you can.
00:55Protect victims, but get it all out there and let people make their own decisions.
01:01As to any idea or suggestion that President Trump did something nefarious with Epstein,
01:08you'd have to believe that the Biden people sat on that for four years and did nothing about it.
01:13So that's not very credible to me.
01:14But having said that, just release it in a way that's respectful to the victims.
01:20Do you not think the Durham investigation would have uncovered anything with Russia?
