During his visit to the Federal Reserve, President Trump said he'd fire a project manage who went over budget.

00:30And so I don't want to get that. I don't want to be personal.

00:32I just would like to see it get finished.

00:36And in many ways, it's too bad it started.

00:39And it's been under construction for a long time.
