00:20And that's going to be a different kind of a deal.

00:22It's going to be a deal where we're able to go in and compete.

00:24Right now, India doesn't accept anybody in.

00:27I think India's going to do that.

00:29And if they do that, we're going to have a deal for much less tariffs.
