AAP has insisted that at least the amount recommended by the ward committee must be spent.

ಒಂದು ವಿಧಾನಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ 25 ಕೋಟಿ ಕೊಡ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ, ಸಾಲೋದಿಲ್ಲ . ಆದ್ರೆ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ಹಣವನ್ನು ವಾರ್ಡ್ ಕಮಿಟಿಯವರು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಕ್ಕೆ ಖರ್ಚು ಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಅಂತ AAP ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದೆ.

They are giving ₹25 crore for one assembly constituency, which is not enough. However, AAP has insisted that at least the amount recommended by the ward committee must be spent.
