The Office of the Vice President invites members of the media to its Disaster Operations Center (DOC) in Banawe, Quezon City, where employees and volunteers pack food and non-food relief boxes on July 23, 2025. According to OVP Spokesman Ruth Castelo, around 300,000 families have been served by the OVP's Disaster Relief Program in the past year, with 27,000 in the first few months of 2025. OVP DOC Head Eymard Eje added that they were talking to more partners for more relief items across the country.
