OVP takes media for a (free) ride  The Office of the Vice President invites members of the media to experience Libreng Sakay, one of the OVP's programs, from the Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange to the Guadalupe Station, near the Office of the Vice President in Mandaluyong City, on July 17, 2025. The free ride program covers seven routes across Metro Manila, Cebu, Tacloban, Bacolod and Davao, and aims to ease the burden of commuters. Two passengers shared to the media their experience and their recommendations for the program. In an interview after the ride, Castelo said the program has served more than two million passengers as of June 30, 2025, and will continue until the end of the term of Vice President Sara Duterte.
