00:09Five to the victory for L.A.

00:11Good news for Los Angeles.

00:12Freddie Freeman, despite getting plunked on the wrist on Sunday,

00:16was out there yesterday.

00:18A little bit of skepticism, perhaps, the RS4U around this Dodgers one through nine.

00:23What do you think they delivered tonight against the Twins?

00:26Yeah, I think we should be able to bounce back with some runs.

00:28Take a look at Woods Richardson, his last 30 days.

00:30Here's 77 batters that he's faced.

00:32Now, he does have a pretty good ISO at 129 and a weighted on base percentage of 248.

00:36Not a big strikeout guy, but hear me out on this, too.

00:38Like, ground ball percentage for him is 27%.

00:40That's not good.

00:41Fly ball percentage, 46%.

00:43So, if we just extrapolate and say 50% of those baseballs are not on the ground,

00:47they're in the air, you can do damage, which includes hitting balls into the seats.

00:51Hard hit percentage over his last 77 batters, Ben, it's 50%.

00:55That means one guy doesn't do so well.

00:57The next guy cracks him.

00:59Barrel rate, which is something we talk about sometimes to left or, excuse me, right into

01:02batters, is 12%.

01:03That means the most solid contact you can absolutely get.

01:07Here's the issue.

01:08I look at that lineup today, and let's just say the estimated lineup for the Dodgers.

01:11Otani looks great.

01:12Will Smith looks great.

01:13Conforto looks great.

01:14Everybody else looks terrible in that lineup.

01:17Now, flip it over to Minnesota.

01:18Much more palatable here.

01:19You have ISO power numbers all the way through that are plus against right-handed pitching.

01:23But understand this about Yamamoto.

01:25His numbers are really good on the season and over the past 30 days.

01:29ISO power number against 086, which means you're not getting extra base hits.

01:32So, you have to stream together base hit after base hit after base hit.

01:36You take a look at his fly ball percentage.

01:38To lefties, it's 14%.

01:40Not bad at that point here.

01:41So, for me, the Dodgers should bounce back.
