This shocking footage shows the current chaos unfolding across New York due to flooding throughout the streets and through into subway stations.
The clips show the moment a drain pipe burst in the subway station on 28th street, followed by the entire place flooding as members of the public attempt to flee the area. Shubhi Kapoor, 30, from New York, USA, shared the footage after getting caught in the storm whilst out with some friends.
She said: "What a delightful summer in New York.
"This is 28th street station on the one going uptown. At least you know I’ll give you the highs and lows of life in NYC."
