At least 99 people were killed by Israeli fire while they waited for UN aid trucks in northern Gaza on July 20, the territory's health ministry said, in one of the highest reported tolls among similar, recent cases.

It came as the Israeli occupation forces ordered displaced Palestinians in the Deir el-Balah area to move south immediately due to imminent operations in the area.

01:14to move immediately due to imminent operations in the area. Whole families were seen carrying
01:19what few belongings they have on packed donkey carts heading south. The UN slammed the displacement
01:25order as another devastating blow to the already fragile lifelines keeping people alive across
01:30the Gaza Strip.
