00:13In her July 17th Instagram Stories, the 28-year-old posts a photo of an inflamed patch of skin

00:19around her lower cheek area.

00:21Hailey then notes her perioral dermatitis tends to rise when she's traveling a lot,

00:27sleep-deprived, hormones, the wrong SPF, new products, and stress.

00:33And since Hailey has dealt with this skin condition for over a decade, she shares the light routine

00:38she uses to calm her flare-ups.
