04:16For now, I believe, if I'm not mistaken, George, the one guy who did sign early and ruined it for everybody else was Jaden Higgins of the Houston Texans.
04:26Higgins is signed.
04:27He signed a fully guaranteed contract of over $11 million.
04:30And because he did that, George, and he was the first one, this is why no one else is signed, because everyone thinks they should get guaranteed money too.
