Toby Carvery, Ainley Top: We went to the top rated Toby Carvery in Yorkshire according to TripAdvisor

00:00It's time to visit Yorkshire's number one Toby Carvery.

00:04That's if TripAdvisor reviews are anything to go by,

00:08but apparently this is ranked the number one, the best in Yorkshire.

00:13So we wanted to find out why that is.

00:17So of course we went to Ainley Top in Huddersfield,

00:21where the best Toby Carvery apparently is.

00:24It's situated just off the M62 on the busy Ainley Top roundabout opposite Cedar Court Huddersfield.

00:33Inside it's nice and spacious with big windows showing the motorway,

00:39but also stunning views of the Huddersfield countryside.

00:44And of course the usual Carvery, Toby Juggs and themed wallpaper.

00:50Now service was super quick.

00:54Yorkshire Puddings were super huge too.

00:57And of course there were the usual roasties and also all the meat.

01:04I couldn't get over how quick service was from being served at the table to being served at the Carvery.

01:10And we had main courses as well.

01:13So we were served those really quick.

01:22So we wanted to find out why.

01:23I've actually got a Toby to take away.

01:26Now I don't like these when you order them online,

01:28because you never know what you're going to get,

01:30whether it's just scraps.

01:32But when you pick it yourself, you get it fresh.

01:34You get a separate bag for your roasties.

01:37And you get another little pot for your gravy.

01:39You get a big tub for all your roast.

01:41And then you also get two bags for your roastie pudding.

01:45So it's great because it all comes separately.

01:47And because we're vegetarian, we've got separate tubs as well for the veggie part of the meal.

01:53Because it's always worth getting the veggie main because the Toby Carvery comes with it too.

01:57So, so far, so good.
