Richardson Hitchins - Is an American professional boxer, who has held the International Boxing Federation (IBF) Super Lightweight title since December 2024. As an amateur he represented Haiti at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, where he lost to Gary Antuanne Russell. Hitchins was born in Brooklyn to Haitian parents. Having failed to qualify for the U.S. Olympic team, he decided to represent his parents' country instead. He is currently signed with Matchroom Boxing and was previously signed with Mayweather Promotions founded by Floyd Mayweather Jr. Hitchins won his world title when he defeated Liam Paro in Puerto Rico by unanimous decision and recently defended it against George Kambosos, winning by KO in the 8th round. His current professional record stands at 20-0 with 8 knockouts.
