00:14Clearly, our Russia sanctions bill is having an effect.

00:18As welcome as the President's action is,

00:21I think we need to push even harder for our Russia sanctions bill

00:26because it is broader, stronger.

00:28If the President is bringing down a hammer, we have a sledgehammer

00:32with 500% secondary tariffs, action against the Russian shadow fleet,

00:38other kinds of clear, strong, stringent penalties against China, India, Brazil

00:45that are fueling Russia's war machine.

00:48And I'm very hopeful about the timing.
