In today’s GB News Daily Reflection, we speak about an ‘angry’ world rife with cancel culture.We live in a blame culture. Look at insurance adverts. Look at social media, steering us to silos of likeminded people.The kingdom of God says different. It teaches us to love your neighbour.

00:18but love decency personal integrity and accountability are deeply respected qualities
00:26jesus says how can you say to your neighbor friend let me take the speck out of your eye
00:33when you do not see the log in your own eye it is so easy to look outwards and blame others
00:41we live in a blame culture look at insurance adverts have you been wronged you can claim for that

01:10who is my neighbor this lawyer was trying to trick jesus into quoting old testament law and answering
01:17oh people like yourself but instead jesus told the parable of the good samaritan where a man is
01:25attacked in the road and left injured a priest a levite and a samaritan all passed by but only that
01:33samaritan stopped to help samaritan's would have been shunned by this lawyer yet jesus was saying to
01:40him this samaritan is your neighbor in a world full of blame when the fault is ours let's dare to say
01:50sorry in a world that fears the stranger let's get to know each other better and in a world full of hate
01:59let us dare to love amen
