00:13Officially named Prapuddha Thamagai Thebh Mungkon.

00:16This bottom statue stands 69 meters tall and 40 meters wide,

00:20making it the tallest city Buddha in Bangkok.

00:23Construction began in 2017 and was completed in 2021,

00:28causing millions of baht.

00:30The statue houses a lilac in its crown and a golden heart inside,

00:34symbolizing wisdom and compassion.

00:36Visible from the BTS sky twain,

00:38it quickly became one of Bangkok's most iconic landmarks,

00:42drawing thousands of visitors and pilgrims each week.

00:45Just behind it stands the majestic Pramaha JD Lashamungkon,

00:49an 18-meter stupa filled with lilacs, meditation halls,

00:53and even a glowing gas pagoda on the top floor.
