00:00Well, here he comes, the new World Heavyweight Champion Goldberg, who defeated Triple H last

00:22night at Unforgiven and reached the mountain top. The Goldberg, if I say so myself, has a tall

00:31mountain climb at Christian Yerico, and I personally hope that the highlight of the night, Y2J, is

00:38getting the job done. Y2J is not an opponent to take right in the coach, he's a former champion

00:45himself. And from Atlanta, Georgia, weighing in at 280 pounds, he is the World Heavyweight

00:53Champion Goldberg. You cannot ignore the tools, you cannot ignore the skills, you can't ignore

01:08the intensity by Goldberg, but you certainly cannot ignore the actions that Goldbergs are

01:15working on. Goldberg's fearing our faithful leader, Eric Fischoff, there you see Eric right

01:21now, not too happy and who can claim the man, but out here is the Special Step Referee Flash

01:29Enforcer, courtesy Chris Jericho. I'm gonna make a prediction right here, right now, we're

01:35gonna have a brand new world champion by the end of tonight.

01:39I mean, this is huge. I had no idea that we'd actually, the world heavyweight title on

01:43the line, the very first time that Goldberg is champion here on Raw.

01:47And the very first time that we commentate Raw. What a great night, what a great match.

01:54What a great partner you are, Coach.

01:56Well, and you are too, my friend. Well, these two men have a serious history together as well,

02:01going all the way back to the WCW days, and quite frankly, they've never ever gotten along.

02:07And that's carried over to here in the rings of the WWE also, Coach.

02:11Now Jericho, I think, there you go, needing a quick breather.

02:15Goldberg has one speed, and it's full speed ahead.

02:19And that works for him, but sometimes it can work against Goldberg.

02:23What's Goldberg doing now with the boys?

02:27And Chris Jericho, we're gonna go into something.

02:29And Goldberg, well, Chris Jericho somehow just ran into Eric Bischoff,

02:35had to be unattentioned.

02:36Well, without a doubt.

02:38And Chris Jericho asked Eric Bischoff to come out of a big clothesline for

02:42the new World Heavyweight Champion, and Chris Jericho is down.

02:45Jericho's gotta stop Goldberg, don't let him get momentum.

02:50Because once Goldberg gets moving, he can be an unstoppable force.

02:55Goldberg into the corner, right into the foot of Chris Jericho.

02:58And I'll tell you what, that'll stop him.

03:00But what does Jericho have to do to be successful in this match?

03:03Jericho's gotta take Goldberg down, keep him down, cut off his win.

03:07Stay the one area of the body and wear him out.

03:11Well, Triple H believes that Goldberg can be beaten.

03:17And you heard Triple H earlier tonight.

03:19Didn't believe the hype, now Triple H does.

03:22And what's in a World Heavyweight Title back from Goldberg?

04:04But now Chris Jericho has the upper hand and Goldberg rolls back in.

04:08Jericho has to stay on that arm, stay on that injury, take advantage of him.

04:15And as you alluded to, Al, you have to get Goldberg off his feet.

04:19He's so strong.

04:20And Jericho doing just that, a huge drop kick.

04:23We got a new world heavyweight shape.

04:28And Jericho nearly left here the new world heavyweight champion when this match

04:33continues.

04:34And now Jericho's so smart, just working on that left shoulder,

04:40trying to wear down the big man that is Goldberg.

04:47And don't forget, Coach, Goldberg's coming off of that grueling match with Triple H.

04:57And Jericho, again, continuing to work on that left shoulder that Goldberg just

05:03moments ago rammed so hard into the steel steps.

05:22Look at what he's doing for Raw and for the audience of Raw.

05:26Making a match like this tonight here in Washington DC.

05:34Arbott Eric Bischoff, and Jericho, my God, right back into a huge boot from Goldberg.

05:42And Eric Bischoff has been limited as just a spectator with what he's been through

05:46tonight, courtesy the hands of Goldberg.

05:49Let's check out that kick one more time.

05:51And they're kicking Jericho right to the face.

05:55Jericho caught him with a DDT.

05:57And now Jericho's over the cup, we will have a new champion here.

06:03Jericho employing the referee to count maybe a slight bit quicker.

06:07Jericho desperately wants to leave Raw tonight, the new World Heavyweight Champion.

06:13If Jericho can sink this in on his huge man, Goldberg, we will have a new World Heavyweight champ.

06:22So strong, so powerful, those legs, those lower limbs of Goldberg.
