00:00I wanted people to know that the case was not about putting him in jail. It was about
00:08trying to make sure that he understands consequences for actions, but more so if there's a
00:15situation, the judge would be able to or someone ordered him treatment as opposed to going
00:21putting him in jail. It's not really all of this about locking someone up. I kind of regret
00:26even taking it out, but I went into the magistrate. He wasn't arrested. He knew about the warrant
00:34and he turned himself in. I didn't really want him in the jail because I thought about
00:39him. They're going to take advantage of him. I'll say it on record. If he goes and gets
00:50evaluated, if he gets, you know, start doing it on himself, you know, that's it. That's,
00:56you know, then we can drive the charge, but he has to be stabilized. Whether he wants to
01:01do inpatient or outpatient, that's totally up to him. Until this incident, I had not
01:08had any issues with him. He was doing everything he was supposed to do. It was not a payment
01:14dispute. It was not that at all. It was Bryce Shearer not on meds as he has been. He was
01:25drinking. Again, he doesn't do drugs or I've never seen him do drugs. He's always done
01:30out. He'll just drink. And then even with that, he tried to monitor that when he was on
01:34the medication. I mean, Bryce Shearer would do very good with therapy, medication, and,
01:40you know, and just focus. And he was really beginning to focus. He liked where he was.
01:46So he said, but distractions, distractions come, people come, they see the celebrity,
01:55they see all the opportunity. And then it comes, they want to, hey, have a drink. And no matter
02:00how many times I say he can't drink, I get disrespected, you know, from someone else, not
02:06from him, but someone else, because they'll continue to do it or he'll say, oh, you know,
02:12I'm like his, I'll be trying to be his dad. I'm not trying to be his dad. I'm trying to
02:15be a very good friend because regardless if you want to be in entertainment or not, you
02:19need to be safe. That's been like my, my little brother. I looked out for him. Used to, you
02:26know, make sure that he's taking his medication.
