00:04Hello, thanks for joining us today. It's a special day for us opening Ralph Lauren, our iconic new brand.

00:10Yeah, well, is that what this is going on? Popcorn? We don't normally see popcorn kind of being given away.

00:16We like to give our guests many memorable things when they come to join us.

00:20We thought that actually this would be great for them to have today.

00:24And you'll also hear flash sales as well in the next couple of hours.

00:28So, many reasons for our guests to visit us.

00:31Yeah, yeah, picking. So, what's this about our new store then?

00:34So, Ralph Lauren has been in the MacArthur Glen portfolio for many, many years,

00:38and unfortunately, they hadn't opened with us until today, and here they are.

00:44I mean, it's a good size as well.

00:46Yeah, we're delighted with it. So, it's menswear.

00:49The menswear at the moment is on sale. There's some really grey lines in there for whether it's

00:54young fashion for holiday that you're looking for, or all of the basics, the hoodies, the t-shirts.

01:00If you visit us this weekend, you'll see it's got all of them. So, delighted that Ralph Lauren's

01:04been able to open with us.

01:05Great stuff. How many stores do you have down here at MacArthur Glen?

01:09It's around 75, from 75 stores. It's a big place, isn't it?

01:12From Hugo Boss, your Levi's, your Paulo, to Five Guys, Wagamama's, Pizza Express, many different brands.

01:20And it is an experience. It's a shopping experience, isn't it? You're kind of going

01:23above and beyond with the little treats, and at Christmas, you'll have the carol singers

01:27and the light switch on. The light switch on is famous in the local area.

01:30We had hundreds of people here last year, just in the main square. But as you mentioned,

01:33it's all about experience. You look around to there, it's like being in Malaga.

01:37You've got the outside seating areas, the beautiful flowers and plants.

01:41So, we just want to give guests a great time when they come to join us at the centre.
