00:31But Alabama has pretty bright prospects for this upcoming season.

00:36One of the best O-lines in the sport,

00:38and they will turn over the offensive reins more than likely

00:41to Ty Simpson, who takes over for Jalen Milrow.

00:45Good news in Tuscaloosa, DRS.

00:47Ryan Grubbs, who was that offensive coordinator under DeBoer in Seattle with the Huskies,

00:52who spent last year as the OC still in Seattle with the Seahawks.

01:00Yeah, I like their schedule too, and sometimes that's just how it pans out,

01:03where you're playing these games and how they line up for you.

01:06It wasn't a great season for Alabama because the expectations of the Nick Saban were,

01:09oh my God, we lost one game.

01:11Should we make a move at coach?

01:12And then he'd say, okay, be careful what you wish for,

01:14and they'd make him the highest paid coach in college football.

01:17But understand this.

01:18They should beat Florida State to open the season.

01:20All right, they got Wisconsin at home to open up.

01:22At Georgia, you're going to be tough.

01:23You know that.

01:23Any road game for the SEC is tough, but you do get LSU at home.

01:28For me, this is a favorable schedule for Alabama,

01:31which will show us how good a coach DeBoer actually is coming into this year

01:35because what they showed last year just wasn't good enough,

01:38even though they had the quarterback that probably should have led you

01:41to a little bit more wins if you can say that.

01:43But for me, Alabama's schedule puts them in the college football playoff for me.

01:47No doubt about it, minus 160 to reach the CFP.

01:51DRS, three teams, a minus money favored price

01:54to get into the college football playoff out of the SEC.

01:58In order, it is Texas, Georgia, Alabama, plus prices on LSU,

02:04the shortest price of anybody not favored to get to the CFP.
