00:12And we wanted to just take a second and ask them a little bit about their experience so that you could see what it's like to work with us.
00:20So tell us about your experience and then I'll ask you a couple of questions.
00:24So how did it go for you?
00:25Oh, it was very good and quick and thorough.
00:32Good.
00:33So you originally met because your son hired me to sell their home in Lakeland.
00:39That's correct.
00:40And you decided you wanted to move to Oviedo?
00:43To be near him, I guess so.
00:45So with their son, I helped their son sell their home in Lakeland and then we bought a home in Oviedo and then they were out looking and I found out and their son connected us.
00:54So we helped you sell your home in Lakeland.
00:56That's right.
00:57And then we were doing a simultaneous closing the same day they were buying a home in Oviedo to be near their son and their daughter.
01:04What, if you had a, if you were thinking about hiring a realtor back then, what do you think is important for someone to know about the process, the experience?
01:14What were your concerns that you found out, actually more concerns?
01:21Experience, I guess.
01:23Experience.
01:24And how quickly the house would sell.
01:26So the marketing was amazing.
01:28Thanks for saying that.
01:29So originally, we decided to ask on the medium or the higher side for your home, do you think, the one in Lakeland?
01:35We went for the higher side.
01:36We went on the higher side, for sure.
01:39And I thought it was interesting you told me about your neighbor who came over after we put the home on the market.
01:44We were on for about two days and your neighbor came over and what did they tell you?
01:47It didn't look like a real house.
01:48Thought our furniture and everything was fake.
01:51They thought the pictures were fake.
01:52Yeah, they said the pictures were fake, yeah.
01:54And I was like, nope, that's my house.
01:55They were so good that the neighbor didn't believe it was actually her house.
01:59And here's how good they were.
02:00How long did it take us to sell your house?
02:01About two days.
02:03Two days.
02:03And we sold it for, asking on the high price, we sold it for $5,000 more than asking price.
02:09Over full price, which is pretty good results.
02:11And it actually was the highest that I think anyone's gotten in your neighborhood so far.
02:15So big, yeah.
02:16Which is really exciting.
02:17But the hardest part, really, when you're moving, you're thinking about, you're more concerned about where you were going.
02:22And I remember at the time, you were more concerned about where you were going, right?
02:24Of course.
02:25Yeah.
02:26And so tell us about your experience looking at homes.
02:29Was it what you expected?
02:30Was it easier or harder when we were actually out looking at homes?
02:35Well, it was a fairly painless process.
02:39Diana helped us, took us around and showed us a number of houses.
02:45And we found one that we loved.
02:47And fortunately, it lasted long enough for us to sell our house.
02:52Yeah, because we sold it on three days.
02:53We were able to get it.
02:54Yeah.
02:54It did.
02:55And was that the first house?
02:56Two days.
02:56Did it get the first house that you made the offer on?
02:58Or did we make other offers?
02:59No.
02:59No, that was the first one.
03:00First one.
03:01Remember with your son, we had to make about four or five offers.
03:03Yeah.
03:04We were starting to make out one that stuck.
03:05Yes.
03:06Good.
03:06And we had a pretty good deal on the home?
03:08I think so.
03:09We think so.
03:09Yeah, we're very happy.
03:11Okay, good.
03:11Is there anything else that you could say to somebody who was thinking about hiring us?
