Ranchi (Jharkhand), July 10 (ANI): Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren felicitated Union Home Minister Amit Shah at the 27th Eastern Zonal Council meeting held in Ranchi. The meeting, chaired by Amit Shah, was attended by Chief Ministers and delegates from four eastern states — Jharkhand, Bihar, Odisha, and West Bengal.
